DOMESTIC REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns in new condition, unwashed and unaltered for a full refund. You can return any item within 15 days of receiving your original order. Follow the steps below to initiate your refund or exchange:

Exchange/Return Request Instructions

  1. Complete the SG Return/Exchange Form Click Here 
  2. Email Copy of completed form to (Support@statelygents.com)
  3. Once a member of our team has reviewed your request, they will respond with a pre -paid shipping label.
  4. Mail the provided Label to the following Address: Stately Gentlemen Clothing Company, PO Box 55312, Houston, TX – 77255-5312
  5. Once the returned items arrive at our warehouse we will ship the new items or refund the order based on the completed survey.

INTERNATIONAL REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

**Due to high costs and difficulty with labels, all international (outside of USA) customers are responsible for creating their own label to send back shirts for returns/exchanges. **

WHEN CAN I EXPECT A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

From the time the return arrives at our warehouse please allow 3-5 business days for the items to be processed. For an exchange please allow 3-5 business days for the new order to be shipped. For a refund please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. A refund will be credited to the same payment method used to make the purchase.
